- Pre Screen Candidate on Presentation, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Availability, Legal Status, Status on pending interview & offers (by Technical Recruiter and candidate must score at least 8 out of 10 to be considered).
- Technical Screening on concepts, methodologies and in depth screening on Primary and secondary skills (by a Technical Consultant and candidate must score at least 8 out of 10 to be considered).
- Execute Pre Interview/Non Disclosure and confidentiality Agreement.
- Quality Check & Format Resume.
